Tim, I like how you are flipping your class and using the idea of the Khan Academy to have students listen to lectures at home. Will you be giving them guidelines or ideas to base their discussion points around? Do you plan on collecting their points or requiring them to comment on the podcast lectures you post to ensure that they really are listening to them? That would be my only fear- that students won't really take the time to listen to the lectures or only listen to parts of them.
